Globe at Night and DarkSky Presentation

Join the Kitsap Environmental Coalition plus DSOP members John Goar & Linda Kahananui for a presentation on Globe at Night, an international citizen-science campaign to raise public awareness of the impact of light pollution by inviting citizen-scientists to measure & submit their night sky brightness observations. They’ll demonstrate how to use a Sky Quality Meter, the main tool for measuring how dark your local night skies are.
